About Us

Club's Overview
We provide football training and mentoring to children from 4 years old to senior men and women, we are currently members of the Queensland Christian Soccer Association and run our own winter and summer soccer senior competitions as well as six a side senior women and men tournaments throughout the year.

Mission Statement
El Salvador Soccer Club is committed to the overall development of its players through training, team experiences, mentoring and social interaction with one another in an pleasant, positive setting at Yeronga.

Soccer has proven to be a good lesson for the life experiences that await our players of all ages. Players will practice life skills while getting into some exercise but more importantly having fun.

The clubs main goal is to unite not only the Latin Community but also more to have our local community share the wonderful facilities with us. 

It is the goal of El Salvador Soccer Club to develop quality young players to move forward in the world of Soccer.

Without Children, our club is not possible. Our aim is to bring something back to the children and the Community.

Club's Background
El Salvador Soccer Club Qld Inc. was funded in 1989 but its origins can be traced back to the  early 80's when the first group of immigrant from El Salvador arrived in Brisbane, Australia. Since then, the club has provided soccer development for juniors and seniors, the club has operated in many places around Brisbane, River View, Woodrige, Wacol, etc. just to mention a few, then we moved to Dutton Park and finally to our beautiful club at Yeronga.
